About the Study of Galactic Civilizations

The purpose of the Institute for the Study of Galactic Civilizations (ISGC) is to educate the public about Earth's galactic visitors, their culture, and their influence on humanity. Such influences include the areas of spirituality, religion, science, politics, government, war, and health. The Institute will also raise awareness about the galactic message regarding an increase in human consciousness and potential dimension shift. Education will accomplished through workshops, conferences, lectures, website, newsletters, and press releases.

Maury, as he liked to be called, was one of those few, rare human beings that come along in human history to blaze the new pathways for a better life for all people. He was a completely unselfish human. He loved to share his ideas and his work with others. He had little time for pretentious people, because he had a unique ability to see a person's human potential no matter what their rank  in life.  All of this is proven in his list of accomplishments. He could have rightly claimed sole founder ship to all of the various organizations he was involved in, but he loved to share and did this without hesitation. He "co-founded" The Institute for the Study  of Galactic Civilizations out of his love for humanity.  This was the last organization he started.
