Edgar Mitchell, who was part of the 1971 Apollo 14 moon mission, asserted Monday that" extraterrestrial life exists, and that the truth is being concealed by the U.S. and other governments. The above quotes are not from kooks,hoaxers or madmen,  but from three of the brightest minds of the 20th century. We believe there are thousands more brilliant minds around the world that understand we have been and are being visited. They are afraid to talk about it for fear of loss of jobs, grants, funding or a chance for advancement. This must change.  We have to be able to study these civilizations and we need input from all of these brilliant people. They must not be afraid to speak out.

Dr. Albertson set the direction with the Institute for the Study of Galactic  Civilizations.  We have  to provide  a safe platform for these people to speak out.  Why is this important? If you are going to go into space and establish colonies you need to understand  the beings that are out there. You need to study them and know as much as possible in order to interact with them.  Your donations make this possible.  We need funds for research grants to study these beings.  If you can have an open interaction with these advanced beings, perhaps you can find solutions for world peace, our environment, energy, health care, and even our economy.
